Location/Division Specific Information

The position is based in Ferentino, Province of Frosinone, Italy, within our advanced manufacturing division. This role offers the outstanding opportunity to be part of a global leader in scientific innovation.

A day in the Life:
Prepare detailed plan of Sterile departments and VI department operations to ensure flawless execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.
Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.
Optimize processes flow to increase departments capacity.

Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates with a technical diploma and significant relevant experience in the role will also be considered.

Experience
Experience in sterile manufacturing and/or planning environments is helpful.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and visual inspection activities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
