Our passionate team is committed to providing cancer treatments of the future to the world of today. /p pTRIO is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our Monitoring Resources team. Reporting to a CRA Line Managerb, /b this position will be home-based in Italy. This is a full-time position. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liConducting site visits, including pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and termination; /li liConfirmingadherence to all FDA, ICH-GCP and local regulations; /li liEnsuring the completion and collection of regulatory documents; /li liPerforming data verification of source documents; /li liEnsuring implementation and compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP guidelines; /li liParticipating in budget negotiation and follow-up where applicable; /li liAssisting with data validation and query resolution; /li liMentoring junior team members as required. /li /ul h3Qualifications:
/h3 ul liminimum of 2 years of monitoring experience in oncology trials /li liMinimum 5 years of previous CRA experience /li liExperience in monitoring early-phase trials /li liRead, write and speak fluent English /li liCompletion of a science-related Bachelor’s degree /li liExcellent knowledge of medical terminology and clinical monitoring process /li liStrong ICH-GCPs knowledge /li liExperience with clinical trial information systems /li liAbility to travel up to 60% on average /li liAbility to mentor and train new/junior CRAs on-site in a positive and effective manner /li /ul h3What TRIO Can Offer You: /h3 ul liCompetitive salary /li liPaid annual leave /li liHealth insurance plan /li liFlexible working hours /li liLuggage allowance /li liMobile phone allowance /li /ul pPay Range:b55,000.00 to 65,000.00 Euro - /b Salary to be influenced (or determined) by the education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. /p pTo support efficiency, TRIO may use limited AI tools during the candidate review process.
