ppWinthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. /p pWinthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. /p pWinthrop has grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and is the only dedicated Data Centre delivery partner in Europe. /p pWe are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. /p pBelow is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out during the project. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeveloping a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocation /li liCoordinating the acquisition of equipment, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and quality standards. /li liManaging the contractors by overseeing their work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing subcontractors when necessary. /li liImplementing quality control measures to ensure that the installation of equipment items meets the required standards and specifications.



/li liMonitoring project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget, including tracking equipment items. /li liOverseeing project timelines and making sure that installation work is completed on time to avoid delays. /li liIdentifying and addressing potential risks and issues that could affect the construction project. /li liFacilitating effective communication between the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding project progress. /li liMaintaining thorough records of project activities, materials, and any changes or modifications to the project plan. /li liEnsuring that the construction project adheres to all relevant building codes, permits, and legal requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liRelevant qualification in Electrical Engineering /li li8+ years experience in a similar role, within an ME contractor is essential /li liPrevious management of large site teams essential /li liData Centre experience is advantageous /li liExcellent organisational, communication and time management skills /li liProficiency in the use of MS programs is required /li /ul pbWinthrop Technologies Ltd is an equal opportunities employer /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
