As Team Lead, you will support the Country Product Manager with sales excellence, team leadership, and operations. This fast-track path aims to place you in the CPM role within about 6 months based on performance. You will own end-to-end sales and coach a small team of Language Coordinators, influencing hiring and onboarding in collaboration with the CPM.
You'll also contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and strategic growth partnerships in a dynamic, on-site setting. This role offers a clear path to country leadership and meaningful impact on international education.

Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close and consistently hit targets
Lead and develop a team of 1–5 Language Coordinators; coach on calls, conversions and customer experience
Support hiring, onboarding,
and performance management with the CPM
Act as second-in-command to the CPM; help with forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Contribute to sales strategy via market analysis, performance insights, and identifying growth opportunities
Build partnerships with schools, universities, and local networks to drive growth
3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals
1–2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching junior team members
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong leadership potential and ambition to move into a general management role
Commercial mindset with the ability to think beyond individual sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full fluency in Italian and English
International experience (study, work, or travel abroad)
