ppThe Raw Material Procurement Specialist supports the Raw Materials Manager across the creation, development, procurement, and industrialization of seasonal fabrics. The role ensures operational excellence, cost-awareness, and smooth alignment between Development, Production, and Design. As a core member of the Raw Materials team, the Specialist maintains full visibility over fabric status, approvals, and timing across the entire seasonal lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProcurement Production Support /li liManage end-to-end procurement of raw materials under Manager direction /li liStrong experience in order management, supplier communication, and coordination with vendors and fabric mills /li liEnsure development and production deliveries are aligned with seasonal timelines /li liOversee stock management across Codetex, vendors, mills, and liability inventory /li liSupport fabric industrialization and production optimization with the Manager /li liTrack invoices, fabric approvals, and distribution of fabric “Masters” to vendors and mills /li liBalance development and production calendars, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met /li liBuild strong knowledge of supplier capabilities to place accurate and efficient orders /li liMaintain clear visibility on fabric approvals and seasonal status with the Raw Materials Manager /li liPrepare PLM and Excel reports to monitor developments, risks, and daily updates /li liCompliance knowledge is a plus,



supporting risk identification with the Compliance team /li liCreative Development /li liSupport the development of new base fabrics with the Raw Materials Manager /li liTrack development pricing and identify cost-effective industrialization solutions with suppliers /li liApprove fabrics during development and production stages /li liCoordinate fabric research and innovation with Design and PD teams in line with seasonal needs /li liBusiness Cross-Functional Partnership /li liPartner with the Raw Materials Manager and Head of Production on seasonal planning and pre-orders /li liMonitor collection pricing evolution and flag potential risks /li liWork closely with Design on material approvals and alignment /li liMaintain strong cross-functional communication with Design, PD, Merchandising, and Production teams /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Raw Materials within luxury fashion, ideally with a procurement focus /li liAdvanced knowledge of fabric construction, compositions, print techniques, and industrialization /li liStrong understanding of supply chain constraints, lead times, and supplier capabilities /li liProven ability to manage multiple calendars, priorities, and deadlines across development and production /li liAdvanced Excel skills for fabric tracking, costing, and reporting /li liStrong communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills /li liProven cross-functional collaboration with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams /li liCollaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset /li liAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment /li liDedicated, reliable, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment /li /ul h3Contract Type: /h3 pPermanent employment contract (Tempo Indeterminato) /p h3Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): /h3 pCCNL Commercio - level and classification to be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and responsibilities associated with the role. /p h3Salary Range: /h3 p€40,000 - €45,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. /p h3Additional Benefits: /h3 ul liMeal vouchers /li liEmployee discount program /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
