ph3Your Mission /h3 pWe are looking for a Sales Engineer to take ownership of the North‑West Italy territory and drive the growth of our rotary unions, slip rings and customised technical solutions across a wide range of industrial applications. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner to customers—combining engineering know‑how with consultative sales to deliver high‑value solutions. /p h3How You Will Make a Difference /h3 ul liDefine and execute the commercial strategy for the North‑West Italy region, driving sustainable growth. /li liManage and expand a long‑term customer portfolio while identifying and converting new business opportunities. /li liDeliver consultative selling by presenting technical products, analysing customer needs, and proposing tailored solutions. /li liLead the full sales cycle, including offer preparation, negotiations, and closing, supported by accurate CRM reporting. /li liRepresent the company in the market, collaborating cross‑functionally and monitoring industry trends and competitors. /li /ul h3What You Should Be Good At /h3 ul liStrong customer and results orientation. /li liNatural curiosity for technology and innovation. /li liProactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
