Mattel is seeking an Associate Key Account Manager for Italy, Iberia and France. You will own a key retail portfolio, drive joint business plans, and lead pricing and promotions in collaboration with Finance, Brand Management and Trade Marketing.

The role offers a hybrid setup in Milano, with a base salary in the EUR 60,000–71,250 range, plus a SIP incentive and comprehensive benefits. English and Italian fluency are required, with additional languages a plus.
