you'll join a small team that works closely with manufacturing sites and cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvement projects across our European operations.Your responsibilities:Dive deep into Sonoco's end-to-end supply chain processesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and costsSupport and lead strategic improvement projectsExplore and support the use of digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve supply chain performance.Drive change management initiatives and support teams through transformationBuild expertise in Oracle ERP and other key planning systemsEnsure high-quality and reliable supply chain data across the businessWho we're looking forWe're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and excited to solve complex challenges.You would be a great fit if you:Hold a master's degree in engineering, economics, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related fieldRecent graduate or early-career professionalEnjoy solving problems and turning data into actionable insightsHave strong analytical and project management skillsComfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to changeCommunicate clearly and collaborate well with different stakeholdersShow initiative and a strong sense of ownershipSpeak fluent EnglishHave experience with ERP systems (a plus, not a requirement)Most importantly, you're eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.Join our teamIf you're looking for a role where you'll gain real responsibility, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful transformation projects across Europe, we'd love to hear from you.Please apply with your CV in EnglishBetter Packaging.
