About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in Milan to support project-based collaboration with our international jewelry manufacturing business.

The role is suited to professionals who understand supply chain management, supplier coordination, sourcing, production planning, and the operational requirements behind successful jewelry product development.

Responsibilities

- Provide insights into jewelry and accessories supply-chain management.
- Support supplier coordination, sourcing, production planning, and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with product-development, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and supply-chain efficiency.
- Support new jewelry projects from development through production.




- Provide insights into the Italian jewelry and fashion supply-chain ecosystem.
- Support communication between international brands and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

- Experience in supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, operations, or production planning.
- Experience in jewelry, accessories, fashion, or premium consumer products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supplier-management and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with international suppliers or production partners is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
