QVC Italy is seeking a Digital Store E-Commerce Personalization Specialist to lead personalization and UX optimization across web and app. You will drive end-to-end personalization ownership, coordinate strategy and tests with cross-functional teams, and support voucher campaigns via the Uniqodo platform to boost retention and conversions.You will work in a hybrid setup with offices in Brugherio (MB), requiring several in-person days monthly.
