ph3Store Manager (Brugi Factory Outlets) /h3 pWe are looking for an organized, reliable, and pragmatic professional to oversee the daily operations of our Brugi Factory Outlets. The role carries clear and proportionate operational responsibility: a strong on‑site presence, able to coordinate store activities and ensure order, efficiency, and attentive customer care. /p h3?️ Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordination of the daily activities across the stores. /li liSupport to store managers in staff management and operational priorities. /li liSupervision of product display, replenishment, and compliance with company guidelines. /li liMonitoring of sales performance and store needs, with simple and timely reporting. /li liRegular checks on cleanliness, order, and visual standards. /li liLiaison with the company for logistics, materials, maintenance, and internal communications. /li liRegular visits to the stores, with willingness to travel as needed.
