Job SummaryThe Operational Quality Lead is responsible for leading and driving operational quality performance within the Co.Bo.T production facilities. The role ensures that products are manufactured, tested, inspected and delivered in accordance with customer requirements, applicable standards, engineering specifications and company procedures. The Operational Quality Lead works closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project teams to drive quality performance, reduce defects, improve right-first-time manufacture and support a culture of operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations.Ensure compliance with customer specifications, inspection requirements and internal quality procedures.Lead investigations into manufacturing non-conformances.Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.Ensure site compliance with:ISO 9001ISO 14001ISO 45001Customer requirementsIndustry standardsInternal management system proceduresQualifications, Knowledge,
