We’re looking for a bBroker / Account Manager /b to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in building out team, focusing on acquiring and managing business in the captive segment. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with the flexibility to be based in one of our key locations: London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris.
/p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liBuild and grow a portfolio of captive insurance clients across EMEA. /li liDevelop strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams. /li liProvide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. /li liCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless placement and management of business. /li liContribute to achieving ambitious revenue targets. /li liStay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liYou have 4+ years of experience working with captives, either within a captive or at a reinsurer. /li liYou’re a skilled relationship builder with a strong focus on client management. /li liYou’re proactive, driven, and excited about shaping and growing a business segment. /li liYou thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. /li liYou have a strong network in the captive insurance market and a deep understanding of the industry. /li liYou’re fluent in English, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus. /li liYou’re flexible and open to working from one of our key locations. /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pAt Gallagher Re, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
