Okatim is seeking an IT Technical Expert (eVDI Support) to oversee the client’s Virtual Desktop Infrastructure in Rome. You will provide Level 2/3 support, work with infrastructure, network, and security teams, and ensure desktop service availability and performance.

The role emphasizes provisioning, configuring, deploying, and maintaining virtual desktops, images, and templates, along with incident resolution and documentation. Strong scripting skills are a plus.
