The Parts Commercial Logistics Manager's responsibilities typically combine aftermarket spare-parts operations, logistics, inventory management, and commercial performance.
Your Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Parts Commercial Logistics Manager include but are not limited to the following:
Inventory & Stock Optimization (focus on Rivalta, Bochum, Vesoul)
Monitor inventory levels and service rates.
Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
Analyze demand forecasts and implement replenishment strategies.
Improve inventory turnover and reduce obsolete stock.
Commercial Performance Management
Track sales, margins, profitability, and product mix.
Support commercial targets for spare-parts business.
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
Develop actions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with sales, purchasing and supply chain teams.
