- To provide business operations support to Vehicle Finance team
- Assist customers (Retail & Corporate) with necessary documents & provide after sales services.
- Update deal additional information (DIM) in core banking system & arrange the file sent to archive after complete the payment & all necessary updating.
- Maintain quality and compliance management
- As a backup for all operational work & customer services issues.

Job Summary

- Maintain quality and compliance management
- As a backup for all operational work & customer services issues.

Key Accountabilities

- Customer service & interactions.
- DIM update, Archiving & all VF Ops related assigned tasks.
- Daily business activity (Amendment /Blocking Release/ Insurance/Postponement / early settlement/ obligation letter / plate number change letter).




- Compliance to Vehicle Release process & procedures (Corporate & Retail).
- Preparing IPG for corporate customers.
- Ensure full adherence to bank policy, procedure & SOP.
- Ensure professional and ethical standards are maintained at all levels.
- Handle internal & external queries in timely & efficient manner and maintain excellent working relations with all business partners / units.
- Ensure the strict implementation of policies, instructions & circulars related to all procedures, products and services of the bank.
- Any other departmental job delegations.
