At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /p h3Purpose of the position /h3 pAs bInternational HR Learning Specialist /b, you will join the People Learning and Development team at Saipem SpA, based in Milan. /p h3How can you support us? /h3 ul liDefinition of the budget and related forecasts in compliance with the company’s authorization cycles and established guidelines /li liCollaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans /li liDesign and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training /li liEvaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results /li liMonitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs /li liCoordination with external providers for organizing courses and workshops /li liPromotion of a learning culture within the organization /li liFeeding and updating training information within company systems /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pbEducation: /b A degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master’s degree in training or HR will be considered a plus. /p pbBackground: /b 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, especially in complex organizations with multiple locations in Italy and abroad. Professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.
/p pbLanguages: /b Proficiency in English and French is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an additional asset. /p pbTechnical/IT Knowledge: /b Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes is preferred.
