Iva Post Acute is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in South Carolina. The role centers on compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive health-team environment, helping residents maximize independence and quality of life.Successful candidates will evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop and follow through on treatment plans, supervise staff, and participate in discharge planning.
