and build workforce reporting dashboards to guide business decisions.Process Transformation & AI Integration: Drive HR digitalization and continuous process optimization, acting as an operational power user of Generative AI tools and HiBob workflows to automate policies, templates, and repetitive tasks.Multi-Country Policy & SOP Standardization: Maintain and update global employee handbooks and internal SOPs to ensure continuous alignment with local legislation across all our operating regions.Fleet Management & Health & Safety: Oversee Italian Health & Safety compliance (D.Lgs. 81/08), systematically tracking mandatory medical checks and safety training, while managing corporate fleet administration (leases, traffic fines, fuel cards)What you’ll need5–8 years of progressive experience in People/HR Operations, ideally within fast-paced tech, SaaS, or international environments.Solid foundational grounding in Italian labor law (CC
