As a Senior Regional Sales Manager in our Trauma division, you will play a critical role in shaping the performance, culture, and long-term success of a strategically important region in Northern Italy.This is a high-impact leadership role, designed for someone who thrives in complexity, leads with purpose, and knows how to build and elevate high-performing teams.What You Will DoLead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering an inclusive and motivating environmentOwn regional performance: sales, forecasting, pipeline development, and budget accountabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare decision‑makers (including KOLs)Drive business growth through both existing accounts and new customer acquisitionManage a complex ecosystem,
