Aiming to support our Program Management Department, we are recruiting a

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT / CONTROLLER - INTERNSHIP - STAGE - TIROCINIO

Job location: Florence

Salary range: 8000 E - 12000 E

The selected resource will be trained to take accountability over critical activities dealing with project management support and client reporting.

Responsibilities:

Project Management support:

- Support Program and Project Management Teams by tracking customer purchase orders and employees’ activities status;

- Manage the internal database – uploading data, timely monitoring and resolving data or system related issues;

-Interacting occasionally with the global management team in India in case of questions related to the activities carried, procedure updates or issues;

- Keeping track of the projects and their current status by applying existing procedures and possibly improving them.

Accounts Receivable support:

- Prepare and check reporting documents to request a customer’s approval for payment;

- Monthly controland initiate internal procedure for customer invoice payments;





- Regularly interacting with management and engineering teams to gather all the information inputs needed to request payments.

Work Experience

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess a High School Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree,

Finance/Accountancy or equivalent;

Candidate profile:

- Possesses analytical skills, proactive and attentive to details;

- Interested in working with data and project management;

- Strong problem solving skills, with a multi-tasking, can-go and positive attitude;

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, keeping historic track of each situation and required deadlines;

- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadline;

- Ability to talk& communicate with other stakeholders and at various levels of management, experience of working with cross functional teams;

- Preferably advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, (MySQL knowledge will be considered an advantage);

- Strong work ethic and team player, strong collaborative working culture;

- Fluent English speaker (at least B2 level is required).
