After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story.Your seat to fill:Act as the product expert and brand ambassador within the regional marketing team for the categories of strollers, home, and carriers, with strong product and market knowledgePlan and execute effective retail store visits within your assigned area, aligned with business opportunities, product launches, and Sales and Marketing objectivesBe based in Vicenza at the CYBEX Italy office, with approximately 70% travel across Italy (North to South) and 30% office-based workDeliver structured product, sales,



and technical training during store visits to enhance retail staff knowledge, confidence, and sales performanceEnsure premium in-store presentation, including visual merchandising and point-of-sale (POS) materials, in line with global brand guidelines; implement and maintainCYBEX exhibitions, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentationPlan and execute impactful retail activations for assigned product categories; proactively support sell-out growth through in-store activities, events, and technical sales supportMaintain a strong presence in key retail locations, including availability to work up to two Saturdays per month (with time off in lieu), supporting sales and enhancing the customer experienceSupport retail partners in developing and improving their social media content, including content creation and on-camera participation where requiredRepresent the brand at trade fairs, retail events, PR events, and activation ini
