JOB DESCRIPTION:
Flight Customer Service Representative The overall purpose of the role is responsible for providing support to customers via various online channels, ensuring that they receive a high level of service and their needs are met. It ensures that customers receive a high level of service, and work closely with the customer service team to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Learn by doing and acquire knowledge about procedures and standards by senior and colleagues in the team.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, and be able to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
