You will partner with the BU General Manager, set the transformation roadmap, and drive lean initiatives that align with the Avio Aero strategy.You will coach commercial teams, promote a continuous improvement culture, and report on KPI improvements. The role requires an engineering background, strong leadership, and English fluency.
