Join IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team and lead a growing Pharmacovigilance function supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PV professional to combine people leadership, client partnership and operational oversight in a highly visible role.What you'll doLead and develop a small Pharmacovigilance team, providing coaching, mentoring and day-to-day managementEnsure delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance and medical information activitiesAct as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projectsSupport regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across PV processesOversee adverse event and safety case management activitiesContribute to quality management, process improvements and operational excellence initiativesSupport business growth through client relationship management and proposal activitiesDeliver PV training and guidance to internal and external stakeholdersWhat we're looking forBachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related fieldSignificant experience in Pharmacovigilance within a CRO,

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 53 200,00 € - 79 800,00 €. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; and/or schedule (full or tempo parziale).
