Senior Manager Accounting Processes (all genders)In this role you will lead and coordinate accounting-process initiatives globally, driving system implementations, policy changes, and reorganizations. You'll shape end-to-end process standards across group entities and strengthen controls in collaboration with multiple functions. You'll pursue automation and tooling to boost efficiency and quality while ensuring IFRS/GAAP alignment.

and automation of accounting workflowsAssess new tools and digital solutions to improve process quality and reduce costsDefine and standardize end-to-end accounting processes across group entitiesStrengthen internal controls across accounting processesDevelop and maintain standardized accounting documentationEnsure alignment with corporate accounting policies and IFRS/GAAP requirementsCollaborate with IT, Controlling, Tax, Procurement and other functions for seamless integration of accounting requirementsCoordinate with Internal Audit, SOX team and external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions8+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or listed environmentStrong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirementsProven track record in process optimization, transformation projects, and cross‐functional collaborationExperience with ERP systems and digital tools for automation and workflow managementExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skillsAnalytical mindset with a drive for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
