The Site Manager is responsible for the overall on-site execution of utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery in line with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations for solar PV construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors (civil, mechanical, electrical) and site teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture
- Monitor project schedule and progress, reporting to the Project Manager
- Oversee installation of PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, and cabling
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design and engineering specifications
- Interface with xysqume clients, consultants, and local authorities when required
- Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment
- Support commissioning and handover activities

Reference will be given to candidates currently based in Italy.
