with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutionsExcellent communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationshipsSelf-driven and comfortable working independently xysqume in a performance-oriented environmentEngineering background with around 3+ years of experience in technical sales or application rolesInterest in photonics, thermal management, or power technologiesExperience in consultative or solution-based selling is an advantage
