CRIF in Italy is seeking an AI Service Delivery & Agentic Manager to govern the AI portfolio across SBC1, SBC2, and GT. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, maintain the roadmap, manage dependencies, and ensure services are secure, compliant, and operationally ready.
The role requires strong IT service management experience, knowledge of AI/GenAI, security and compliance acumen, and excellent stakeholder collaboration. This is a permanent position in Emilia-Romagna with competitive pay.
