About the Job
Build and industrialize the technical capabilities needed to support the growth of AI initiatives, developing accelerators, integrations, intelligent agents, and reusable solutions.
What you do
Develop enterprise GenAI solutions.
Build AI agents and intelligent workflows.
Integrate with enterprise platforms and systems.
Implement RAG, knowledge access, and agentic workflows.
Provide technical support to business initiatives.
Evaluate and experiment with new AI technologies.
Define reusable frameworks and accelerators.
Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Data Management.
What you bring
Experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
Advanced knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and GenAI technologies.
Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and equivalent frameworks.
Experience with the AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC).
Experience in automation, intelligent automation, and RPA platforms.
Knowledge of Python, API integration, and modern software engineering practices.
A pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.
What we offer
Starting annual compensation from 76,000 €
