The Role: Founding Italy Commercial Hire
After establishing a strong footprint in France and Brazil, Digitevent is launching an ambitious expansion strategy across Europe, and Italy is one of its priority markets. We are looking for a “builder”—our first commercial hire on the ground in Italy.
This is not just a sales role; you will be our founding partner in Italy, shaping our strategy and operational footprint.
Your Mission
Own the full sales cycle: Targeted outbound, inbound qualification, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Drive Revenue:



Build and manage a qualified Italian pipeline against ambitious ARR targets.
Map the Italian market: Analyze the competitive landscape, pricing expectations, and buying cycles to feed our product roadmap.
Develop the Italian ecosystem: Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, venues, and MICE associations.
Represent Digitevent: Lead our presence at key Italian trade shows and industry events.
Collaborate with Marketing (Paris): Co-create Italy-localized campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Note: This role begins with a 3-month immersive onboarding at our Paris HQ. This is your chance to fully integrate with our co-founders and sales methods before spearheading our Italian launch.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven B2B event tech SaaS Sales experience: Full sales cycle, new-business focus, and a demonstrable track record.
