We are seeking a dynamic Event supervisor to join our wonderful team on a temporary contract, covering a maternity leave. This is an exceptional opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests.
Key missions Supervise the daily work of the Event Specialist, providing guidance and operational support to ensure effective coordination and execution of events.
Oversee the planning and operational execution of group bookings and events, including meetings, conferences, and social events, ensuring consistency and service quality.
Follow the full lifecycle of events sold by the department, from initial qualification and planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
Conduct qualification calls and site inspections for events, gathering and validating client requirements to support accurate planning and execution.
Act as a key operational point of contact for internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the event planning and delivery process.
Coordinate closely with internal departments (Food & Beverage, Rooms Division,
Kitchen, Banqueting, AV, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless and efficient event delivery.
Work in close collaboration with the Banqueting Manager, the key contact responsible for the execution of all F&B-related; services.
Prepare and oversee event-related documentation, including proposals, contracts, function sheets, detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and Group Resumés.
Monitor event setups and on-site operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and brand expectations.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support revenue optimization through upselling, within the scope of event execution and operational delivery.
Qualifications and Experience At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality events or operations.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Operational mindset with attention to detail.
