adidas in Italy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive store performance, and uphold premium brand standards on the shop floor. You will lead a team, coach staff, analyze KPIs, ensure Visual Merchandising, and recruit/train new hires.

Fluent

English and Italian are required;
