They must develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients that leads to future work. The Project Director mentors and coaches future leaders and is respected as a leader externally by multiple clients. They apply an advanced understanding of McDermott’s business to improve project cost-effectiveness, apply change management, risk management, and opportunity management principles, and improve project margin across projects. They are responsible for developing the project execution plan under new lines of the business that leverage company and industry capabilities.

Responsibilities
Manage large complex EPFC projects that may have multiple Project Managers or Alliance project programs
Manage projects with a total installed cost typically exceeding $500 Million USD, from inception to project completion.
Act as McDermott’s principal representative, responsible for all matters pertaining to the project and project execution in accordance with the contract, the Project’s Execution Plan, and the project’s HSE, proj
