THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Operations Lead (ROL) to manage and support a team of Operations Analysts across a defined region. The ROL will be responsible for executing regional operational strategies, ensuring the consistent deployment of processes, and driving performance in line with customer satisfaction, ancillary availability, and operational efficiency goals.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director and functionally to the Operations Strategy Director, the ROL serves as the operational backbone of the region. T
