The Exploration Company is seeking a results-oriented leader to drive government sales across Europe for space, aerospace, and defense programs. You will own the end-to-end capture process, negotiate consortium agreements, and build senior-level relationships with institutions such as ESA, EU, NATO.
Based in hybrid locations (Munich, Bordeaux, Paris, or Turin), you will recruit and mentor a small team, translate customer needs into winning bids, and ensure delivery from proposal to invoicing.
