Cognex is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer in Milan for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote). You will serve as the front-line technical escalation point, delivering expert remote support to Cognex customers across Europe in English and Italian, and drive complex issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to knowledge base development, and stay current with Cognex technologies. Travel occasionally may be required.
