Agentic Identity Sales Specialist

Work with a regional sales team to establish and maintain customer relationships at executive and business decision-maker levels, including CISO and CIO stakeholders
Meet and exceed established sales quota for Idira's Secrets Management and Agentic Identity solutions across the region
Develop and present compelling business cases covering cost drivers, benefits, and risk
Partner with subject matter experts, solutions engineers, and professional services teams to align technology architecture with customer business outcomes
Collaborate with post-sales teams to support successful product adoption and realization of customer technology investment value
Work with channel partners, resellers, and systems integrators to penetrate new accounts and expand reach across the assigned geography
Requirements
5+ years of field sales experience focused on key customer accounts and Enterprise-level accounts
Experience as an overlay sales specialist is a premio
Extensive platform selling experience in complex sales with multiple buying centers
In-depth knowledge of Identity Security,



Secrets Management, Workload Identity Management (WIM), DevOps Security best practices, technologies, vendors, and products
Knowledge of technologies used across large enterprises in on-premises and cloud environments is preferred
Trusted relationships with and experience presenting to CIOs and CISOs, with ability to influence strategic conversations
Expertise applying complex solution sales methodologies
Experience working with channel partners and understanding of channel-centric go-to-market strategy
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment while collaborating with sales engineers and cross-functional teams
Experience in continuous adoption, expansion, and upsell sales motions within a matrixed sales organization is preferred
Willingness to travel approximately 40% within the assigned territory and other locations
