As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L; strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure the adherence to the PC&L; standard processes and the department budget.
Your profile and competencies to succeed Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred,
Bachelors degree minimum requirement
Professional Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics
Skills and competencies:
Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy /Rigor / Openness to new ideas
Knowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues
Knowledge of the APICS and Faurecia system principles
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staffing
Respect of the Faurecia code of management and values, and the ability to promote the “Being Forvia” spirit
Knowledge of employee empowerment basics, and the ability to engage
