What Makes This Role Great You will serve as an executive change agent bridging global strategy and regional execution, holding direct influence over a $100M+ global indirect revenue engine while shaping the future of partner enablement, commercial incentives, and digital transformation across the AECO sector.




Key Exciting Responsibilities Architect and scale global ecosystem programs and competitive rebate structures that accelerate net-new SaaS bookings and open untapped market segments.
Modernize the global partner framework, designing world‑class enablement, certification, and deal registration programs to boost partner profitability.
Spearhead strategic Market Development Funds (MDF) allocation to ensure maximum marketing ROI and direct alignment with core growth initiatives.
Evolve two-tier distribution models while actively recruiting next‑generation AECO partners, including cloud-native integrators, and Building information Modeling (BIM) consultants.
Collaborate with regional leaders to elevate customer success practices, optimizing auto‑renewals and driving industry‑leading retention rates.
Essential Skills & Experience Proven track record of 12+ years in progressive Business-to-Business SaaS channel leadership, channel operations, or partner strategy within AECO, CAD/B
