I'm George Wells, Director of Customer Success for EMEA and LATAM at Teamworks. My team works with some of the world's most respected professional and elite sports organizations, and Italy is our next big focus market in Europe.
You'll own the customer relationship across Italy, support our growing book across Southern Europe, lead our Hub implementations in Italian, and help turn the trust we're building in the region into long-term, renewing customers.
The Role Position: Teamworks for continued growth in Italy and Southern Europe, contributing to company strategy based on market knowledge and ensuring go-to-market plans and growth strategies are aligned with industry needs.
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end relationship for a growing book of accounts across Italy and Southern Europe.
Lead Hub implementations delivered entirely in Italian, partnering with our Product Success team on any non-Hub products.
Analyze customer data, draw insights to inform accounts' success, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and drive value.
