Specialista Senior / Project ManagerIn this role, you will build and lead the regional demand planning function for ELIP in EMEA, owning end-to-end planning across product lines and sites. You will shape the planning framework, drive S&OP; and short-term execution, and partner with site planners to align regional demand with supply.

Your impact spans inventory optimization, on-time delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to support ABB’s operations in a multi-site, regional context. This is a ground-up opportunity to create a scalable planning capability that enhances customer service and supply reliability.

- Own and lead end-to-end demand planning for the ELIP EMEA portfolio across all sites and product lines
- Define planning framework, tools, and standards for region-wide consistency
- Lead S&OP; process for ELIP EMEA ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, and inventory
- Run robust short-term planning and S&OE; processes across manufacturing units
- Coordinate with site planners to ensure data quality and adherence to regional supply plan
- Drive inventory optimization and monitor targets across sites and product lines




- Support profitable customer order execution and ensure on-time delivery and lead-time commitments
- Improve forecast accuracy in partnership with Sales and Marketing; continuously enhance planning tools and processes
- Define and track planning KPIs and provide actionable performance updates to leadership
- 7+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or operations in an industrial environment
- Experience managing planning across multiple sites or regional scope
- Strong track record in S&OP;/S&OE; ownership xysqume and cross-functional alignment
- Experience coordinating distributed planning teams across geographies
- Deep knowledge of demand planning methodologies and inventory management
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Proficiency in SAP planning processes and tools (PP, MRP, PP/DS); S/4HANA is a plus
- Comfortable working in a matrix, multi-site, cross-functional environment
