Join us and start the future!Your roleWorking inside Program Management Organization of Power Transistor Sub-Group, the candidate will have the role to manage global development projects in complex environments.In this scope, the candidate will have to ensure the achievement of project objectives (compliance with deadlines, costs and quality) by ensuring an effective focus of the different project members.Significant activities:Define a master plan schedule, identifying timing and dependencies between different projectsEngage projects' CORE team to ensure regular review of critical topics at the appropriate frequencyEvaluate preventive measures to avoid projects' derailEstablish reactive methodologies to bring back the projects on trackLead project reviews (monitor progress and milestones)Communicate on project's progressVerify the conformity of project deliverablesEnsure that project documentation is available (operating procedures, procedures)Define and maintain the standards of program managementDefine KPIs to measure the effectiveness of projects and take countermeasures in case of deviationEstimate constraints between number of projects and resources,



enabling through structured methodologies the definition of business prioritiesYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCESMaster degree in business engineering or scientific technologies5+ years of experience as PMORelevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management OfficerExcellent understanding of project management methods and tools (dashboards, planning, budget...)Experience in management of cross-functional, multi-sites, international teamsEnglish business proficiencyStrong leadership skillsNegotiation & networking skillsAbility to consolidate information and effectively communicate to top management levelStrong attention to details and technicalitiesExcellent organizational and technical abilitiesThe expected salary range for this position is € 55,000 - € 70,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate's profile and demonstrated competencies.

The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
