Production Team Leader – Early Career ProgramProduction Team Leader – Early Career ProgramAt Adler Pelzer Group, we believe that the best leaders in operations are developed through real experience on the shopfloor.We are looking for engineering graduates with ambition, curiosity and hands‐on approach who wish to start building their career in production, engineering and operations management.The primary objective of the role is to develop you as a future leader or expert through a tailored career program consisting of three different roles each lasting 18-24 months.Production Team Leader – Engineering Specialist – Operations (Deputy) Leader.Your first step: Team LeaderYou will work directly in production as a Team Leader and will learn how to:Lead and support production teamsCoordinate daily shopfloor activitiesEnsure safety and quality standardsMonitor production performance and KPIsSolve day‐to‐day operational issuesCooperate with maintenance, quality, logistics,



and engineering teamsThis phase is designed to build a strong operational foundation and practical leadership experience.
