About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while meeting business objectives and customer expectations.

In this role, you will oversee production planning, manage and develop production teams, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and other departments, you will play a key role in enhancing operational performance and supporting the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate production activities to meet delivery, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and implement actions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage production resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, and budgets.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing principles and operational excellence across the production environment.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing production teams and driving operational improvements.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with composite materials is considered an advantage.
