We are seeking a Global Segment Manager, HVACR to expand our market share by building and leading dedicated sales organizations worldwide.In this role, you'll focus on driving business growth globally in support of ABB's HVACR Drives product portfolio.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to demonstrate superior sales leadership, while working with a global leader in the HVACR business.Reports to: Division Head of Sales, Motion Drive ProductsKey ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate significant domain expertise in HVACR go-to-market trends and standards across main marketsDefine, plan, and implement profitable growth strategies with HVAC Channel and Strategy teamsQuantify and validate served and available markets and associated trendsEnsure future product requirements and trends are identified and understood in the organizationBuild relationships with regional and country leadership to secure mutually agreeable investment in HVAC-specific activities and resourcesIdentify and prioritize major accounts and opportunities in the segmentUphold ethical standards and company policy complianceFoster a customer-centric environment that embraces customer needsCommunicate customer needs to appropriate leadership for region-specific products or application variantsLead preparation and delivery of marketing activitiesSupport trade shows and industry associations as neededEnsure compliance with all safety and work rules and regulationsQualifications8+ years of relevant experience in a complex B2B environment selling products or solutionsExtensive sales and HVACR application backgroundProven sales leadership experienceDemonstrated ability to sell technical solutions and servicesAccount management history with OEMs and Channel Partners in the HVAC industryAbility to lead, influence, mentor, and guide sales professionals across regions and countriesStrong understanding of customer needs with excellent presentation skillsFluent English (spoken and written) with strong communication abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI)Willingness to travel internationally ( 30%)What's in it for you?
