Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina seeks an experienced Baker Chef to lead bakery production for its luxury alpine resort opening in 2026. You will craft breads, viennoiserie and bakery items, ensuring quality, texture and presentation.

Based at Cortina, you will collaborate with Pastry and Culinary teams, ensure HACCP compliance, and train junior colleagues while helping to establish production routines and food safety standards.
