As a Business Development Coordinator in Milan, you will drive Italy-focused growth by forming partnerships with schools, universities, and local institutions, expanding awareness of our au pair program. and events to raise brand awareness Strengthen social media presence in collaboration with brand ambassadors Plan and execute local promotional events to inspire au pair participation Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing partnerships to sustain growth Bachelor's degree required; marketing or business degree a plus Experience managing social media accounts and building online presence Confident public speaker with engaging presentation delivery Fluent in Italian and English Experience living abroad for at least one year Passion for sales with experience in phone and in-person sales Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude Willingness to travel and work flexible hours #
