Job Description

The Position: We are seeking a motivated Formulation Technician Trainee to support our formulation development team in the preparation, testing, and analysis of agrochemical formulations. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands‑on experience in formulation science within the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare formulation samples according to established protocols and specifications.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests including physical and chemical stability assessments.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (mixers, mills, pH meters, viscometers, etc.).
- Accurately record experimental data in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.
- Assist in analytical testing of formulation
