Amazon IT is seeking an on-site IT Support Engineer based in San Salvo, Italy. You will ensure IT infrastructure reliability across multiple sites, support end-user equipment, and assist with network projects for new buildings.
You will also train and mentor IT technicians to help keep our operations running smoothly. You will travel between sites within Italy and potentially internationally, collaborating with remote and on-site teams to maintain high availability and lead process improvements
